My Messages

The ‘My Messages’ page is where you can view all messages from the ‘General’ and ‘Messages’ subpages of requests. This page is designed to make it easy for you to keep track of all your conversations in one place. In this article, we will go over the different features of the ‘My Messages’ page and how to use them effectively.

Viewing Unread Messages

When you first navigate to the ‘My Messages’ page, you will see a menu bar at the top of the page. If there are any unread messages, you will see a number next to the ‘Messages’ tab indicating how many unread messages you have. This makes it easy for you to quickly see if there are any new messages that require your attention.

 

Viewing Messages by Chat

The messages on the ‘My Messages’ page are divided by different chats regarding request IDs. Each chat will display the company name and contact person/people that you are communicating with. You also have the option to add or remove people from the chat as needed.

 

Viewing Message History

For each chat, you can view the history of messages that have been sent. This allows you to easily refer back to previous conversations and keep track of important information. You can also see the number of unread messages in each chat, making it easy to see which chats require your attention.

 

Sending a Message

To send a message, simply open the chat that you want to send a message to. Then, enter your message and attach any necessary files. When you are ready, click the ‘Send’ button to send your message. Your message will then be added to the chat history for future reference.

 

Using the Runner

You can easily open or close a conversation using the runner feature. This allows you to quickly navigate between different chats and keep your conversations organized.
