Analysis of Series Request
Series request after publishing
General Tab
Here you may follow up general information of this request and you have ability to do such actions:

Edit Request, ‘edit’ icon in ‘Actions’ section

Cancel request, clicking ‘cross’ icon in ‘Actions’ section

Change the name of RFQ, clicking the edit icon near RFQ name

Edit / Add description, clicking the edit icon near it

Create a draft of this request. After clicking this button it will be displayed in list of all your drafts

Manage access to request for your colleagues. Click edit icon near 'Contact person/Grand Access', find needed person, select access type from drop down and save information. As well, you can send a message to those who have access to the request, clicking ‘Message’ button
You can make user as owner of request, give full access to request or to give only visitor access. This means the user will be able to review request, but won’t be able to make any changes/awarding/etc.
Check series duration and list of repeated dates.
Add / Edit labels or Select existing one from the list. Click ‘Manage labels’, make changes and save information.
Download all results after you finally accepted offers from suppliers, clicking ‘Final results in Excel’ button.
Suppliers Tab
Here can be find such information and done such actions:

a list of invited companies to this request and contact people from them (click the ‘arrow’ near Company name). For each company you may invite new contact person or delete existing one ('plus' and ‘minus’ icons)

status of invited companies (Active/Invited). As well you have ability to filter companies by status

for still invited suppliers (not registered yet) you may send an invitation email again or copy the link for registration and send it directly to participants. Open list with users, clicking the ‘arrow’. There can be found ‘mail’ icon for resending invitation mail user or ‘Copy link’ button

As well, you can set up the visibility of a certain product for the right supplier. Download Excel Draft near ‘Upload file with line item visibility’ line, fill it in and ‘Upload'.

For inviting additional suppliers to request, click ‘Invite further supplier’ button. It opens modal box for entering all information of this contact person.

Additionally, you can write a message to suppliers from this page. Click ‘Message All’ button, it opens page with list of suppliers and icon for entering text will be displayed. Select needed suppliers with checkboxes (by default all suppliers are selected), put a message, attach file (if needed) and ‘Submit’ information. For each supplier there will be a personal chat with a sent message and all chats can be found on ‘Message’ page of request

For adding more suppliers from PINPOOLS database, open list clicking ‘Show / hide unselected suppliers’ part and add needed one clicking ‘plus’ icon. You can use search bar for finding suppliers. As well, you can check company information and invite new person, just put cursor on dots.
Products Tab
Here is displayed list of published products and all information which you have added during creation. You can do the following:
- use filter, if you look for specific product from list
- add more products via ‘Add new item’ button
- edit product, double click on it, change data and click Enter or any empty space on the page
- delete product
- attach files for each product
- check and manage suppliers invited per product
If you click ‘Add New Item’ button, it gives you ability to add information regarding new product for each column. Click ‘Show list of suppliers’ button to invite suppliers to this product. After entering all information save it. Created product will be displayed in the end of the already existing list in few seconds.

Click button on the left from Column name to add, edit or delete columns, sort, pin, autosize them. You can also group columns, choose certain columns to be shown or hidden, reset columns and manage their visibility

Prices Tab
Here you may find already given offers from suppliers for each product. There you may do some actions per each product:

Product can be hidden/shown by clicking on ‘eye’ icon

Check all existing notes or enter new ones clicking ‘chat’ icon

Mark product, clicking ‘flag’ icon. Afterwards, you can filter products by marked/unmarked, using checkboxes

Per each product there may be opened (or hidden) more information. As well, you may select what information you want to to be displayed on the platform, using checkboxes

Filter products with/without offers and select companies which you want to exclude from the displayed list

Filter products by periods. Select needed one(s) from the list, clicking checkboxes

Select price deviation for products. Choose positive or negative saving from dropdown, enter needed percentage and click ‘Show’ button. The list of products will be displayed due to your entered settings. This filter may be reset afterwards
Prices from each supplier are displayed in columns, for each column is corresponding supplier. Click name of supplier to check list of invited contact people. There is ‘chat’ icon for sending personal message for all of them (use checkboxes to select/unselect needed ones). Or click on ‘chat’ icon near owner of quotes
As well, you may follow history of all prices per each period, use scroll bar to find needed one. Click ‘Details’ button to take a look for additional information per each price
Messages Tab
Here is displayed the history of all messages with suppliers regarding this request. There will be displayed a counter near chat, where you get new messages. For answering a message select needed chat, enter your message, attach file (optional) and click ‘Send’ button
Notes Tab
Here you can add notes to the request which will be available only to you and your company users. Just enter note and save it. It will be displayed at once on the platform and may be edited or deleted
