After you receive any offers from suppliers, they will be displayed on Pivot table tab and on Supplier Analysis tab. So you can check them there, analyse them, decide which one to select for awarding.
If you are working with Pivot table tab, you need to find and click "Download Excel" button (download icon). There will be displayed 2 options for you:

download excel file with all offers (Export all offers button);

download all documents (all files attached from supplier side).
If you are working with Supplier Analysis tab, you need to click "Download Excel" button (download icon).
There will be displayed 3 options for you:

Export supplier analysis file (there offers will be displayed from each supplier separately which allows you to compare prices between all of them)

download excel file with all offers (Export all offers button);

download all documents (all files attached from supplier side).
