Traffic Light Feedback is a useful feature that allows buyers to mark suppliers` prices with different colours based on criteria buyers set up.
It can be adjusted while creating RFQ on General Info tab. You should click pencil icon in order to be able to adjust settings according to your needs.
While setting it up, there is an option to build traffic light feedback on your uploaded current price or on best quote or better current price.
If you want suppliers to see the traffic light feedback, you shouldn't turn on Deactivate feedback for supplier, as this feature makes traffic light feedback invisible for suppliers.
With the help of Activate Freeze Feedback, you can fix results on some stage of request and it won`t change afterwards, even if suppliers submit new quotes. For instance, if you activate this function after 1st round, Traffic Light Feedback will stay the same even after suppliers give their quotes in 2nd round. Suppliers will see the same colors even after they make new quotes.
You can also write comments to each color in order to make your message from Traffic Light Feedback even more informative. This message will be shown to suppliers. It will placed on the color that reflects their quotes.
