Setting up Personal Profile
You can set up your account on "Personal Profile" page. When you open it, such tabs will be available there:
User Information
Here you can find your personal information which can be added to your account such as Full name, E-Mail address, your Position in the company and Phone number. You are willing to edit it if you need but you have to save the changes if you want new information to be displayed. As well you can set up your time zone.
Default currency within requests (new)
Users can set and maintain their preferred leading currency, which should be selected from drop-down menu.

Once user`s email address is verified, it is not possible to change it. In case email address has to be changed, users need to contact Customer Support service.
Password
If you want to change your password, you should proceed to ‘Password’ subpage. Here you need to enter your old password, then new one you want, confirm new password and click on ‘Change password’ button. Please, pay attention for password requirements
Notifications
This subpage lets you decide which information you want to get notified about. There are checkboxes near each type of notifications, just choose the ones you need. As well, you are willing to choose language of notification messages. Please, do not forget to save changes
Deleting account
If a user needs to delete their account, it can be done in 2 ways:
- by addressing Customer Support Service to receive further assistance with account deactivation;
- by addressing Admin user of their Entity.
If Admin users need to delete accounts of other, non admin users, they should go to My Company tab, locate the user, whose account has to be deleted, and click Bin icon.
