Setting up Company Profile
All information about your company can be found/edited/added on "Company Profile" page. There are such tabs available:

General Information
Here you can add/edit your company general information, such as:

Logo of company;
-
Address;
-
URL of your website;
-
Description
Just click edit icon, put required information and ‘Save changes’.
Users
Here you can find information about further users of your company and do following actions:

get ID Number of User, Full name and E-Mail;
-
check Role: if it's Buyer account or Supplier;
-
revise type: Administrator/User;
-
control Status of user's account: if it's active or not;
-
sort users per Labels. As well, you can manage labels via creating/assigning/editing/deleting;
-
delete any user using 'bin' icon;
-
invite user to register in your company account using ‘Invite new user’ button.
It opens modal box where you have to put required information and click ‘Invite’ button. This invited user will get an email with invite link. There is no limit for invited users.
Please note that only Administrators can delete/invite other users and access all requests
Billings
Here you can manage your account:

Manage your billing details. You can change the information using ‘Edit’ button.

Operate your billing contacts. Click ‘Edit’ button for changing information.

Find bill estimate. Click ‘View full estimate’ for getting more detailed information about your plan.

See your billing history. Click ‘View full history’ and you will be directed to the page with all history of invoices. Additionally, you can download the one you need.
Delivery places
Manage your places of delivery if you are buying:

add new delivery places via ‘Add new delivery place’ button. It opens modal box, where you must add required information and save it, clicking ‘Add new delivery place’ button.
Certificates
Here you can add further certificates to be taken seriously from buyer’s side. Click ‘Add certificate’. It opens modal box where you can drop file or select it from your PC and upload it. After uploading it will be displayed on the platform in the list of all downloaded certificates
Each certificate can be downloaded or deleted. Just put the cursor of your mouse on the needed certificate and choose the action
Product Portfolio
This page directs you on 'My Products' page, where you can add products to your portfolio. You may find more information how to work with your Product Portfolio in "Add Products to your Company Portfolio" article
Terms & conditions
Here you can add your country specific terms for each buying country. If they are added, the company, which is buying your products, has to confirm and accept your terms and conditions.
Choose needed country, download file using ‘Attach file’ button and click on ‘Add now’ button.
Downloaded terms will be displayed in ‘List of T&C’ where can be deleted if needed.
Delivery places
Manage your places of delivery. You can edit existing places (‘edit’ icon).
As well you can add new delivery places using ‘Add new delivery place’ button. It opens modal box, where you have to add required information and save it, clicking ‘Add new delivery place’ button
Incoterms
Here you can add Incoterms, clicking ‘Add new Incoterm’ button
Or edit/delete existing ones
Payment terms
Manage your Payment terms. ‘Add new Payment term’ or edit/delete existing ones
Certificates
