1. Smarter RFX Drafting & Item Management📝
We’ve made it easier to manage items when creating or copying an RFQ. Now, you can select and delete multiple items at once, and you’re no longer blocked from deleting the last item. Plus, when copying an RFQ, you can pick which items to include, making the process much more flexible.
2. Bulk Supplier Deselect in Supplier Tab🧹
No more one-by-one deselection! Users can now quickly “deselect all” suppliers in the supplier tab and modal, streamlining supplier management.
3. Unified Auction Reporting & Graphs Upgrade 📊
We’ve merged Report tab into Bid History tab with streamlined view; and upgraded all auction graphs for a more consistent and interactive experience. Downloading bid history is now available, and the new design is cleaner and more informative.
4. ERP Automation at Series Creation⚙️
Setting up ERP automation is now possible right from the start when creating a series RFQ, so you don’t have to wait until the awarding process. This saves time and reduces manual steps.
5. Direct/Indirect Request Merge Notification🔔
We’ve added a notification to inform users that direct and indirect request types will be merged into a single, flexible request type.
6. Supplier Confirmation Emails📬
Suppliers now receive confirmation emails when submitting quotes via Excel upload, ensuring transparency.
7. RFX Scoring Settings Cleanup🗑️
We’ve fully removed the RFP / Scoring settings and cleaned up `evaluator` and `stakeholder` roles from `grant access` section, simplifying the RFX process.
