I. PINPOOLS is becoming faster and more convenient for users 🔥 

1. Uploading `Line Item Visibility` and `Inviting further suppliers` on Supplier tab is faster now.
2. Benchmark filtering is more intuitive and much quicker in usage. 

 

II. Full Automation of Creating and Updating Outline Agreements 📊

PINPOOLS is ensuring full automation of purchasing agreements maintenance with regular adjustment of pricing, quantities and validity periods. It provides users with data consistency, regulatory alignment and operational efficiency. 

1. Mass Update is available and can be easily automated. Users decide on update periods and email notifications. From now on, more people can be put in CC.

2. Outline agreement automatically becomes self-repeating if RFQ is converted to Series Request

3. Function `Activate Auto-Awarding` is now available and overtakes awarding from prior periods without user`s participation if enabled.

4. Users can decide if the update should happen based on deviations. System also disables update if deviations are too high or low.
