How to work with Suppliers tab

Check if needed supplier is already present in the system

Suppliers

Welcome to our Suppliers page! Here, you can find all the supplier companies that are registered in our system. Each company is accompanied by important information such as their address, verified status, active/inactive status, last activity, score, labels, VAT/Register number, and website.

Searching Suppliers 

In order to find needed suppliers, insert their name in the Search field.

To make your search easier, we have provided a filter option. You can use this to display only verified suppliers or suppliers from a specific country or with certain labels.

Actions Per Supplier

Near each supplier there is a checkbox which allows you to select needed supplier and to do following actions:

  • add to and remove from favourites;

  • message selected suppliers;

  • export information about the supplier via excel file;

Inviting New Suppliers 

If you still can't find the supplier you need, don't worry! You can invite them by clicking on the 'Invite further supplier' button. Simply enter all the relevant data and click 'Invite'. An invitation email will be sent to the entered email address, inviting them to register with us.

 


Once you have found the supplier you are looking for, you can click on`Open Company Profile` to view more information about the company. This will take you to their company profile, where you can find additional details such as their product portfolio (if they have added any), certificates (if they have uploaded any), and general information including their website, address, VAT number, and registry number.
