How to set up Scoring in the request?
Let your colleagues evaluate incoming offers
This feature is more related for RFI type of requests, where you want to publish a request where you need different qualitive answers from supplier. So you can use a mode, where you have ability to evaluate/score the answers and weight the questions from supplier. At the end there is displayed an overall score for one supplier with scoring from all participants (your colleagues, who has access to the request).
The questions have a weighting from 0 to 10 which means that for the buyer questions have different relevance for the final scoring. When the answers of supplier are coming in, there is possibility for the buyer users of request to 'score' all the answers. And there is one overall score. As well the buyers can see who exactly from colleagues scored and how.
You may set it up on ‘General’ step of creation of request. Click on checkbox near ‘Overall Scoring’ to open settings. Play around and add criterias / weightings you need and set up percentages to evaluate for each of them. Be aware, that total sum of percentages for criterias should be 100. Wrong criteria may be deleted, clicking ‘bin’ icon
After publishing request, there will be displayed ‘RFP Scoring’ page with list of published products and given information from supplier’s side. There is ‘Give Score’ button, which enters modal box for evaluation theses answers.
