How to Resend & Copy Invitations to Supplier?

Resending Supplier Invitations Made Easy

Sometimes, an invitation to participate might not reach its intended recipient, or it could be accidentally deleted. When this happens, the ability to resend invitations quickly and efficiently becomes essential.

Thankfully, this process is straightforward within the Suppliers tab of your request. Here’s a quick guide on how to resend an invitation to your suppliers:

  1. Access the Suppliers Tab: Start by navigating to the Suppliers tab in your request.

  2. Locate the Company: Find the specific company whose contact needs the invitation resent.

  3. Open the Contact List: Click under the company name click 'Show user' button (the last one) to open the list of contact people associated with that company.

  4. Resend the Invitation:

    • Copy Invitation Link: You will see a button labeled "Copy invitation link" under to the contact person’s name. This allows you to manually share the invitation link through your preferred communication channel.

    • Resend Invitation Mail: There is also a "Resend invitation mail" button, represented by a letter icon. Clicking this will automatically resend the invitation email to the selected contact.

 

These features ensure that you can quickly rectify any missed or deleted invitations, keeping your communications seamless and efficient. By following these simple steps, you can ensure that all your suppliers are always in the loop and ready to collaborate.
