After proceeding for any series request, you will find three subpages:
General
Main information about request is present here:
- Message from the buyer with description (optional).
- Company name. Clicking it you will be directed for profile of this company with its data.
- Contact person name. Under the name is displayed ‘Message’ button for writing a personal note to a buyer. Clicking it opens modal box where you can enter your message, attach file and submit
- Status of the request.
- Series duration. Means that the time between Start and End date is the timeframe in which the request is publishing itself according to the settings of the request.
- Repeat type. It can be Day/Week/Month.
- Duration of days, during those request will be active for giving price each period.
- Repeated dates (dates when the request is publishing itself).
Products
Here is a list of products for adding your prices and all information for these products which is provided by the buyer and price history for all previous periods (if there are any). Each period contains information, which can be opened or collapsed.
The following information is displayed next to each product:
- Chat icon, which opens modal box for entering personal message for this product. History of all these messages can be found on ‘Messages’ subpage.
- Arrow, with the help of which you can hide/show details. As well, you can use the filter to choose, which exactly information you want to be displayed.
- ‘Give price’ button, which directs you for the page where you can give your price per this product. You have to fill in required fields, attach file (optional) and save it.
In addition, here is another way to upload your prices for the case you need to give your price for a many products. You can upload excel draft with all relevant data for giving quote:
- Click ‘Download Productlist’ button;
- Open excel draft;
- Fill in obligatory columns (of blue color) and save the file. If you don’t want to add price for certain product, leave it empty.
- Upload file with the filled information using ‘Upload offers’ button. If there is any wrong data, you will get a notification in which column and which line is present wrong data entry.

Messages
All messages which were sent from ‘General’ (regarding general questions to the request) and ‘Products’ (regarding certain product) subpages are displayed here. You can see history of messages, see if the message is reviewed by buyer and when, or send another one and attach file if needed.
