How to Invite an Extra Person to Existing Supplier Company?

Add new users to already existing supplier company

When creating or managing a request, there might be instances where you need to invite someone who isn't yet registered but should be associated with an existing company account. Here's how you can do it:

Option 1: During the Creation of a Request

  1. Navigate to the "Add Suppliers" Step: During the creation of your request, you'll reach a step labeled "Add Suppliers." Here, you can add suppliers to your request.

  2. Select the Appropriate Company: Locate the company to which you want to add the new user.

  3. Add the New User: Under the company name, you'll find an icon for adding a new user to the company. Click this icon to proceed.

  4. Enter User Details: You will be directed to a page where you'll need to fill in the following information for the new user:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Time Zone

    • Language Preference

  5. Send the Invitation: After entering all the necessary details, click the "Invite" button.

That's it! The new user has been successfully added to the request. Once the request is published, they will receive an email with a link to set up their account and gain access to the request.

Option 2: After the Request is Created

If your request is already created, you can still add a new user:

  1. Navigate to the "Suppliers" Tab: Open the request and go to the "Suppliers" tab.

  2. Repeat the Process: Follow the same steps described in the "Add Suppliers" section above to invite the new user.

This method allows you to efficiently manage your requests, ensuring that all necessary people have access to the information and can contribute as needed.
