How to Improve Supplier Score on PINPOOLS
This article explains what suppliers should do in order to enhance their score on PINPOOLS platform.
PINPOOLS Score is one of important factors, which influence Buyers` decision on inviting or uninviting Suppliers to their events. The higher the Score is, the higher chances of being invited are.
PINPOOLS Score depends on two aspects: Identity Score and Activity Score.
Depending on gained percentage, there are four scales: Bad, Acceptable, Good, Outstanding.
As soon as a new supplier registers, they receive 15% of Score by default.
Identity Score
1. Company profile completion. Reflects how much information is shared within Company Profile. The more information is inserted in Company Profile section, the higher the rating is. Suppliers should mention such information as:

| Billings section: Billing details Billing contacts Bill estimate Bill history |
| Delivery places section: Add a list of places with available delivery |
| Certificates section: Upload certificates, so they will be visible for Buyers |
| Product Portfolio section: Add products to your portfolio, so Buyers will see the whole range of products you offer |
2. Verified email. Confirm your email to increase Identity Score.
3. Invited from trusted account. This one will be marked with check mark ✔️ if Supplier is invited by other PINPOOLS users.
Activity Score
1. Offers submitted within the last 30 days. If there are users who submitted quotes within the last month, this point is check marked ✔️ and will improve Activity Score.
2. Quoting Ratio. This one reflects comparison between about of products users are invited to quote for versus amount of products they quoted for. The more submitted offers users make, the higher the rating is.
3. Awarding made. If suppliers` offers are awarded, this point will be check marked ✔️.
We are encouraging Suppliers to complete profiles and improve identity scores in order to ensure active interaction between Buyers and Suppliers and positive experiences while using PINPOOLS.
