How to Create and Manage Compliance Questions (Terms in Company Profile Settings)

To complete compliance questions, please go to “My Company” page. Here on “Compliance questions” tab click “+Add new Compliance question” button

 

You will be redirected to adding new compliance question page

 

Fill all the required fields. For selecting type of the question please select:

  • Info

  • Checkbox (add options)

  • Radio button (add options)

INFO:

 

Tick the checkbox accordingly if you would like to make your questions required and allow comments

 

Terms to be confirmed .The supplier must confirm / sign those before being able to access the request

Upload/select documents for online acceptance:

 

The supplier must confirm those documents online before being able to access the request.

Upload/select documents for digital signature:

 

The supplier must add a signiture to those documents online before being able to access the request.

Then click “Save”. After that you will be able to “edit question ” or “remove” your compliance question. And also and a new one

 

CHECKBOX:

Select the type “Checkbox” and fill the fields accordingly

 

Using the button ”+Add an option” you can add as much options as you need.

 

If this answer is selected supplier will not be allowed to enter request.

 

RADIO BUTTON:

Select the type “Radio button” and fill the fileds accordingly

 

Using the button ”+Add an option” you can add as much options as you need.

When creating the request on General tab you will find the Compliance questions

 

To manage the questions please click on “Manage Compliance questions

 

You will be redirected for managing the Compliance questions

 

After request is published, suppliers will be able to answer to these questions and upload the required document and will find these questions On tab General.
