How to Check if My Offer is Submitted

Another way to check if offer is submitted is to do the following:
- Go to Items/Offers tab
- Locate the item
- If it has status
, the offer is successfully submitted. If it has orange button
, the bid is not submitted.
During participation in E-Auctions, button
will be available to Suppliers till it is awarded. If another Supplier`s bid was awarded, the offer will have status `Rejected` but still have button ![]()

Below you can see different statuses of bids within RFQs:
(status `pending` on blue background) offer was successfully submitted and Buyer hasn`t decided on it yet
(status `awarded` on orange background) offer was successfully submitted and Buyer awarded it
(just item name, without any status) offer was successfully submitted but Buyer awarded a bid from another Supplier
(status `rejected` on black background) offer was successfully submitted but Buyer rejected it
offer isn't submitted, Supplier should submit it
To summarise, Suppliers can be sure that their bids are successfully submitted in two ways:
- if system shows green notification saying that submitting bids is successful;
- by checking offers status on Items/Offers tab.
