If buyer wants to get any answers for few questions before giving you access to the request, RFI questions page will be the first thing which will be available for you. And you won't have access to the list of items in the request until proceeding questions.
This is how RFI will be displayed for you. There is the ability to download draft with questions, answer questions and upload it back to the system.
Or to answer questions online one by one. Here is each type of formats available for setting up:

Radio Button. In this case you are able to select only one answer from dropdown.

Checkbox. In this case you can select few answers from list.

Yes/No. You will have the ability to select yes or no answer from dropdown.

Date entry. You are able only to enter date (numbers); there is also the ability to select it from calendar.

Number/Text format allows to enter only numbers or only text.

If you attach any file, there will appear one more column "Answer File attachments" with file
After finishing with questions and answering for all obligatory questions, you need to click "Send" button. It will be available only after answering all required questions
According to the settings of the request, the buyer can decide if to give you access at once after sending the answers or to check your answers first and then approve you access or not. If there is second type of the settings, then you will have such message displayed:
After your answers are approved, you will have access to the request. There you will find "RFI/Questionnaire" tab where you may review questions/answers or download them in excel file
