Mass Update of Outline Agreements is designed to fully automate the process of maintaining purchasing agreements by regularly adjusting pricing, quantities, and validity periods. It ensures data consistency, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency. PINPOOLS ensures this complex process happens safely and smoothly.

Mass Update Set Up
This function is possible if column `Outline Agreement Numbers` is created on Items tab. After RFQ is awarded by user, the system automatically creates column `Outline Agreement Numbers` on Items tab and fills it in with the digits exported from user`s SAP.
Converting RFQ to Series Request
Outline agreement automatically becomes self-repeating if RFQ is converted to Series Request. If it happens so, function `Activate Auto-Awarding` is available. If users activate it, system automatically overtakes the awarding from prior periods. Users should activate this if they plan to stick anyway with their awarded supplier and only need price updates. The function shouldn't be activated if user`s intention is to award each period a new supplier.
Mass Export Update
Users can set up Mass Export Update based on the following:

Update period

Deviations. Depending on settings, Update takes place if deviation on % or Absolute Value matches user`s preferences. If deviations are too high or low, the system can disable the update based on user`s settings.
While setting up Mass Export Update, you can turn on email notifications about successful or unsuccessful update, adding as many people CC as you need.
