You may leave any text to supplier and send a confirmation mail to selected supplier. You decide if you want to send the email to the supplier and if you want to get a copy of this email. These settings are preselected, so for turning them off click needed checkboxes. After making all changes, click ‘Accept offer’ for finishing awarding
If your choice is to send the email to the supplier, he will get an email with excel file, which consists all information regarding awarded products. Accepted supplier will be marked by orange color
