RFQ Analysis Using Scenarios

Play around with your savings results

 

Here is video explanation how to use Scenario in combination with Pivot:

 

On your request you can see the tab Scenarios, where you can apply different filters to reduce manual review of all offers given:

  • There are some predefined scenarios, which you can apply and see a total overview of prices. The selection is always based on Cherry Picking, when the system selects the best offers with the highest savings:

  • As well, you can create your own scenario using different filters:

 

Via choosing one of the options, you can see total overview for the results:

 

After applying the filter or filters, you can see which items are included to this scenario and supplier’s price and name. Don’t forget to save the changes:

 

Then come back to the scenarios page, there you will see this new created scenario in the list and can apply it to your request.

 

When you have 2 or more scenarios, you can compare them by clicking to the scales button:

 

You will see more detailed overview and may select other scenario for comparison

 

After doing these actions, you will get the overview of the differences between those scenarios:
